  4. On receiving your completed booking form or a request for a form, an invoice will be sent by e-mail or post and the booking will be held for seven days. During that period we should receive a deposit for 20% of the rent. Cheques will be accepted in pounds sterling, US dollars or Euros.

  5. After receiving your completed booking form and deposit, we will confirm the booking by post or email.

  6. The remaining balance and a security deposit is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday or 1 week after your booking form is received, whichever is later. No reminder will be sent.

  7. On receipt of the balance, travel and arrival instructions will be sent.
